Technical Review Committee  – August 17 -Agenda published – One item of impact to Daniel Island.

(1) Construction plans for a 28,000 commercial development and associated improvements at 297 Seven Farms Drive.  

 

Board of Zoning Appeals – Site Design – September 6 – Agenda not yet published.

 

Board of Zoning Appeals – Zoning – August 15 – Agenda published – no issues of impact to Daniel Island

 

Design Review Board – August 22 – Agenda published – no issues of impact to Daniel Island

 

Planning Commission – August 16 – Agenda published – three issues of impact to Daniel Island.

(1) Fairbanks Drive – 16.78 acres – 90 lots. Request subdivision concept plan approval.  Zoned Daniel Island General Office (DI-GO). 

(2) Parcel J-2 (Robert Daniel Drive) – 16.32 ac. 4 lots.  Request subdivision concept plan approval.  Zoned Daniel Island General Office (DI-GO).

(3) Parcel L (Parkline Avenue) – 16.18 ac. 5 lots.  Request subdivision concept plan approval.  Zoned Daniel Island Business Park (DI-BP).
